Graduate Dual Degree Programs

Dual degree programs are formal programs that result in the awarding of two degrees. Typically there is some overlap so that the total number of units required is reduced. Examples: the Juris Doctor & M.B.A. dual degree program reduces the time to completion of both degree programs from 5 to 4 years; the M.B.A. & Masters of International Management (M.I.M.*) dual degree program reduces the completion of both degree programs from 4 to 2 ˝ years (assuming the student is proficient in a foreign language). For information about specific program requirements for a dual degree, please contact the sponsoring academic units.

For information about or assistance with creating a new dual degree relationship please contact Nancy Lindsay, nlindsay@grad.arizona.edu, 626-1930 or Dianne Horgan, dhorgan@grad.arizona.edu, 621-9223.
